Along with the guide, you’ll receive a 15-day meal suggestions plan featuring one easy meal option for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two snacks, repeated for consistency. Every 15 days, you’ll get a fresh rotation with new Latina-inspired meal ideas, plus grocery lists and quick instructions to keep everything effortless.
